Talent Release Form

1. The Talent must at all times observe the directions of the representatives of the Liberal National Party ("LNP") and appear in such apparel and such setting and make such statements concerning the LNP as are agreed with the LNP

2. Talent consents to the LNP photographing and/or recording the Talent's voice and/or likeness whether by way of film, videotape, magnetic tape, digitally or otherwise.

3. The Talent consents to the LNP, its licensees, successors and assigns, reproducing any photograph and/or recording of the Talent's likeness, voice, any other sound effect made by the Talent and any written extraction made of any recording, in any media, whether by television broadcast, radio broadcast, print, online, multimedia broadcast to mobile telephone or otherwise.

4. Talent consents to the LNP, its licensees, successors and assigns, using the Talent's likeness for the purpose of promotion or advertising of the sale or trading in the photographs, recording and any copies made.

5. The Talent and LNP agree and acknowledge that all copyright in the photographs and recordings, including the right of reproduction wholly or in part, belongs to the LNP absolutely.

6. The Talent agrees and acknowledges that the Talent shall not, from 5 years from the date of this agreement, in public or private, disparage the LNP, satirise the Talent's association with the LNP, otherwise make any statement which might reasonably be expected to adversely affect the image of the LNP

7. The Talent agrees and acknowledges that the Talent shall not, from 5 years from the date of this agreement, appear or feature in any other advertising or promotional material relating to an Australian political party or association other than the LNP

8. Talent agrees and acknowledges that the photograph and recordings can be used for an unlimited period of time anywhere throughout the world.

9. Talent agrees and acknowledges that they will not receive a fee for their services.
